How to return items?
To return items, visit ‘Support’ section of the app and get in touch with us. Our representative will instruct and a delivery boy would come and pick the item from your doorstep.
What are the return guidelines?
Following are the return guidelines:
- Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
- If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
- Product must be intact and in proper condition as assessed by the pickup boy.
- Once the return is received, you will receive refund in your wallet.
When will I get my refund?
Once the order is received in our warehouse, the refund will automatically be credited to your wallet balance.
Can my order be replaced?
If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page , or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with us. It may take 5-7 business days for replacement in normal circumstances.
